Spread the word - It’s important to let your customers know you have officially reopened. A big part of this is communication, utilise free channels like social media to reach your customers with visually appealing images that will resonate with your customer base. You may also use email and TXT databases as another method of communication. Be informative, showcase any new stock you may, any reopening promotions/sales you are running.
A massive part about reconnecting with customers is letting them know the measures you are taking in-store to keep them and your staff safe.
