Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the outdoors, specifically boating and fishing, and have a proven track record in managing customer service operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance customer satisfaction, drive service improvements, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure they provide outstanding service and support.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, focusing on the needs and expectations of outdoor enthusiasts, particularly in boating and fishing.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and work closely with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team, ensuring they are well-equipped to support the brand’s diverse product range.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Retail Management Experience 
  • Passion for outdoor activities, particularly boating and fishing.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
