The brand & opportunity: 
Our brand originally from Melbourne, is now dominating female apparel with over 400 stores globally. They are known for their high quality, on trend and affordable products suitable for various age groups!

They are on the hunt for their next Multi Site Manager to join a high energy, driven and fun team environment . Do you have previous Store Management experience? A love for fashion? A go getter mindset? This might be the perfect next step in your retail career?

As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be primarily based at our Marion store, while also overseeing two additional concession locations. You will independently lead your team to achieve strong results and consistently uphold excellent store standards.

What we are looking for:

• Previous Store Retail Management experience is essential. 
• Ideally worked in apparel before (female apparel is a plus!) if not a strong understanding of the products and desire to join. 
• Ability to effectively manage a team of up to 20.
• Strong management foundational skills: including communication, organization and time management.
• Prior knowledge and strategies for visual merchandising and inventory management. 
• Ability to manage end to end people processes from recruitment through to performance reviews.
• BUT most importantly..... a positive attitude, bubbly personality and someone who is going to be a brand ambassador!
