About the Role:

As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across Queensland, Northern NSW, and the Northern Territory. You will work with existing stockists to strengthen relationships while also seeking out new business opportunities to drive sales. This is a Monday-to-Friday role, offering a great work-life balance while exploring some of Australia’s most beautiful regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing stockists and ensure ongoing success.
• Identify and secure new clients, growing the brand’s market share
• Drive sales and meet key performance targets across your territory
• Regularly travel throughout Queensland, Northern NSW, and the Northern Territory

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a wholesale territory management position - experienced nurturing existing stockists and business development.
• Strong sales background with excellent relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a large geographic area
• Passion for outdoor adventure and retail
