About the role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the ASM will be their right hand person. Driving sales and KPI's in line with set company targets. The roles is also responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Assistants. Other responsibilities will include:

• Customer service standards
• Merchandising and stock control
• Ensuring compliance and following WHS practises 
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Maintenance and cleaning of the store
• Security and cash management

About you:

• Experience in leading teams of 2+ people
• Have worked towards sales and KPI's previously
• FMCG, retail or hospitality experience ideal
• Understanding of safe work practices
• Able to communicate with customers and internal team frequently
• Flexible to work on a roster with extended trade across the week
