About the Role:

Working closely with the Store Manager and Senior Leadership Team you will focus on managing a key department within the Castle Hill store. 

• Manage a busy department and lead a high-performing team of up to 10 team members.
• Drive sales, optimise stock, and maintain store safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving financial targets.

About You:

• Proven experience in retail management and team leadership.
• Strong stock management, communication, and sales skills.
• Passionate about customer service and safe work practices.
