The Role
We’re seeking a fashion-savvy, customer-focused individual to join their boutique team. You’ll play a key role in curating unique, stylish looks and helping our customers feel confident and empowered in our designs. To excel in this role, you’ll be someone who truly understands the art of styling and knows how to build a wardrobe that makes an impact. You’ll be a natural at building relationships, going the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued and leaves with a lasting connection to our brand. As a trusted member of the team, you’ll be empowered to take ownership of your boutique and collaborate with your peers to drive success.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in premium retail—you know the ins and outs of consultative selling and relationship building.
• A genuine love for fashion and a deep understanding of where our brand fits within the luxury market.
• Exceptional communication skills—you’re a people person who thrives on learning about your customers and turning every interaction into a long-term relationship.
• Organized and patient, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment and being a reliable team player.
