Job Overview:As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations at our client's store. You will lead a team of dedicated staff members to ensure efficient store performance, exceptional customer experiences, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations, sales monitoring, inventory control, and profit and loss.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a positive work environment.
- Uphold high service standards and cultivate customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications: - Proven retail management experience.
- Proven Planning Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial acumen, including profit and loss management.
- Inventory control experience.
- Computer literacy for inventory management and reporting.
- Experience with fresh produce management.
