About the Job: 

We’re seeking a Client Associate passionate about luxury menswear. You’ll drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. With expertise in Made-to-Measure services, you’ll guide clients confidently through collections while supporting store operations and maintaining impeccable standards.
Proven experience in luxury retail, especially menswear, is essential but not limited to. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude are key.

What you need:

• Sales and clienteling experience within a premium or luxury environment 
• Tailoring or MTM experience will be highly regarded
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for customer service and working towards sales budgets
• A can-do attitude and passionate for Men's RTW category
