About the Role:
We’re looking for an exceptional Retail Operations Coordinator to support the National Retail Manager (NRM) in streamlining and enhancing retail operations. Perfect for someone with multi-site retail leadership experience, this role offers the chance to transition into a support office environment, driving behind-the-scenes initiatives while staying connected to retail.

What You’ll Do: Acting as the key link between the retail network and head office, you’ll collaborate with teams like merchandising, marketing, finance, and eCommerce. Your focus will be on taking ownership of diverse tasks and projects, including:

• Preparing reports for the NRM (KPIs, sales performance, compliance audits)
• Collating and sharing essential updates via Weekly Bulletins.
• Providing solutions-focused support for stores to ensure seamless operations
• Enhancing training programs, such as AGI Academy and induction processes
• Developing Retail Operations Manuals, policies, and procedures
• Coordinating seasonal product training and supporting store refurbishments, new openings, and recruitment
• Conducting store visits, product reviews, and floor walks
• Delivering Monthly Toolkits to ensure stores are well-prepared
• Assisting with presentations and conferences for the retail network

What We’re Looking For:

• Multi-site leadership or operational experience, with a solid grasp of what stores need to succeed
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Able to work autonomously, stay on task, and deliver results
• Solutions-focused, pragmatic, and process improvement-driven
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reasonably well-versed in Excel, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
