• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, in a supervisory role or as a long-term Key Holder looking to step up.
• Prior outlet experience is advantageous
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and customer service excellence.
• Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and store operations.
• Passion for homeware, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.
