About the role:

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail or supermarket industry
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, rostering, and driving sales
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience
