Assistant Store Manager - Northwest | Auckland_NewZealand

Key responsibilities as Assistant Store Manager:
  • Leading by example with your team including training & development
  • Driving individual and team sales performance / KPI's
  • Assisting the Store Manager with all in-store operations
  • Supporting store operations in terms of rostering, reporting & admin
  • Assisting the Store Manager with recruitment and performance management

You will have:
  • Prior experience as an ASM (Assistant Store Manager) or 3IC (Third in Charge) or keyholder in a retail environment
  • It is advantageous if you have jewellery experience and a passion for the industry
  • Strong admin skills to support with rostering, reporting etc 
  • Outgoing, positive, energetic personality 
  • A true passion for meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs
  • Drive to grow long-term in your retail career
