Assistant Manager - Fashion! | Auckland_NewZealand

We are looking for an experienced 2IC/Assistant Manager for a fun, culture focused, highly regarded fashion brand!

What you will be rewarded with:
  • Salary of $55k-$60k depending on experience + KiwiSaver 
  • Additional incentives, bonus structure & allowances
  • Roster: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday, 38 hours per week
  • Generous staff discounts

The role:
  • Supporting the Store Manager's daily operations 
  • People management, leading a team of 6
  • Leading, encouraging and training staff within a fun team setting
  • Managing daily/weekly/monthly budgets and exceeding kpis 
  • Inventory control, responsible for stocktakes along with inbound/outbound stock movements 
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times being a professional brand ambassador!
Skill and Attributes required:
  • Proven retail experience within an ASM/2IC or Supervisor position 
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy work ethic
  • Passion for sales and achieving KPIs
  • Ability to motivate a successful team through your passion for retail 
  • Quick learning ability 
  • Clear communication skills 
Please note: You must currently reside in New Zealand and have full New Zealand working rights to be considered for this role.
