• Extensive experience in executive-level retail leadership, overseeing multi-market expansion
• Track record of scaling operations, opening new markets and managing large-format or multi-site portfolios
• Deep expertise in customer experience, brand development and premium retail execution
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a proven ability to drive sustainable growth
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performance teams and building strong leadership pipelines
• Experience in real estate strategy, site selection and negotiations at a global level
• Ability to operate in a fast-scaling business with a entrepreneurial culture
• Comfortable leading across multiple markets, time zones and diverse teams

What You Will Be Looking After:

• Defining and executing the global retail expansion strategy, ensuring market entries are seamless and scalable
• Partnering with founders to shape the long-term vision of the physical retail business
• Building and leading high-caliber teams, driving culture, capability and succession planning
• Overseeing store design and execution, ensuring brand consistency and innovation in retail environments
• Embedding operational excellence, delivering best in class retail standards at scale
• Developing innovative customer engagement strategies to deepen brand loyalty and market presence
• Creating robust training and development frameworks to support long-term talent retention
• Navigating the complexities of international expansion with a balance of agility and strategic rigor

This role will require international relocation. A full relocation package, including sponsorship and support with accommodation, will be provided for the right individual.
