About the role:

As the Store Manager, you will guide and inspire the Cairns team with your fun, energetic, and positive leadership style- creating a welcoming and engaging store environment to drive sales and keep your team engaged.
In this role, you'll bring your strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills to life while ensuring seamless operations. With a customer-first approach and the ability to manage high stock volumes, your exceptional time management will keep everything running smoothly.

  
What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast paced retail setting.
• A customer focused mindset with strong leadership skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and experience with inventory control.
• High energy and the ability to lead your team from the front.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management & POS systems and high levels of stock.
