Your New Role:As Boutique Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring your team delivers exceptional service and upholds the brand's reputation for luxury. You’ll guide your team to meet sales targets, foster personal growth, and create an environment that reflects the brand’s elegant identity.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, whether on the shop floor assisting customers, managing team dynamics, or collaborating on business strategies to drive the boutique’s success. You’ll have the opportunity to inspire your team and ensure every customer walks away feeling they’ve experienced something extraordinary.
What You’ll Be Looking After: - Lead and mentor your team, helping them achieve sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and create a memorable boutique experience.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique always reflects the brand’s sophisticated aesthetic.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, from stock management to customer interactions, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Drive key business strategies, ensuring the boutique meets its targets while remaining aligned with the brand’s long-term goals.
- Act as the key point of contact between the boutique and headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
The Experience: - At least 5 years of experience in a premium or luxury background, with a proven track record of leading teams of 8-10 individual
- You’re a natural leader who enjoys connecting with your team, providing hands-on guidance, and celebrating their success.
- You’ve gained experience in boutique or retail management, with a deep understanding of luxury customer service and how to elevate the in-store experience.
- You’re comfortable with operational tasks like roster management, stock control, and reporting, and you can easily identify areas for improvement.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take pride in creating a seamless, luxury experience for both customers and staff.
