Multi-site management role, where you'll lead, train, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring exceptional visual merchandising

Your New Employer:

A renowned premium fashion brand, celebrated for its timeless, elegant pieces that exude effortless sophistication. This brand values individuality and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, all while nurturing a supportive and vibrant team culture. If you’re someone who thrives in a high-end, customer-focused environment, you’ll feel right at home with this brand’s legacy.

Your New Role:

As a Multi-Site Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of multiple locations, ensuring brand consistency, elevated service, and visual excellence. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your teams, driving performance, and implementing visual merchandising strategies that reflect the brand’s luxury identity.

In this hands-on role, you will lead by example—whether refining in-store presentations, training staff on brand standards, or aligning teams with sales and service expectations. Your expertise in people development and visual storytelling will enhance the client journey, creating immersive experiences that elevate engagement and drive success across all locations.
This is an opportunity to inspire, mentor, and refine boutique environments, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional and each store upholds the brand’s prestige.

What You’ll Be Looking After:
  • Lead and mentor your team, helping them achieve sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and create a memorable boutique experience.
  • Lead ongoing training and coaching initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
  • Develop and implement structured training programs, focusing on sales techniques, product expertise, and luxury client experience to enhance team performance.
  • Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all locations.
  • Ensure brand standards in visual merchandising and service excellence by providing hands-on coaching and regular feedback.
  • Serve as the key liaison between stores and headquarters, effectively communicating training needs, team development progress, and business insights.
The Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail, with a strong background in multi-site leadership, team development, and visual merchandising execution.
  • A passionate and hands-on leader who excels at coaching and mentoring teams, ensuring consistent brand standards and a high-performance culture across locations.
  • Expertise in training and development, with a proven ability to implement structured learning programs that enhance team skills, product knowledge, and client engagement.
  • A deep understanding of luxury customer service, with the ability to elevate the in-store experience through strategic merchandising and immersive brand storytelling.
  • Operationally savvy, with experience in workforce planning, stock management, reporting, and identifying efficiencies to drive business success.
  • Strategic oversight with hands-on coaching to create an inspiring and results-driven retail environment.

Please note: You must have valid Australian working rights and currently reside in Melbourne to be considered.
