The role:
As the brand new Auckland Queen Street Store Manager for this new store opening in April 2025 - you will be responsible for driving sales with a team of 12-15 in a what is set to be a multi-million dollar turnover environment! You will lead all in store operations including recruitment, creating business strategies, performance management and high-volume stock control! 

Our client:
Outdoor retailer selling equipment for hiking, camping, skiing, cycling, running and fitness. This business designs and produces its own products, unique to the retail market. Designed for adventure, worn worldwide!
 
To be considered, you will be:

• A very well established Store Manager with ample experience in senior retail operations - you will already know how to roster, performance manage, recruit and train teams, as well as independently manage disciplinary processes 
• Extremely experienced in high-volume stock management, you have operated in multi-million dollar turnovers and stock volumes
• A hugely energetic, driven and outgoing individual with standout 'get up and go' and spark in your career - you will be able to hit the ground running and get stuck in immediately while bringing business initiatives to the table
• Experience in outdoor retail a huge advantage
