About the Job: 

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing a brand known for elegance and craftsmanship. As a Client Advisor your role will involve building strong client relationships, providing expert product knowledge and creating memorable shopping experiences. Advisors are expected to drive sales through storytelling, personalised service and an understanding of high jewelry, watches, accessories and fragrances. Attention to detail is paramount, a passion for luxury and the ability to cater to an international clientele are essential in this dynamic and rewarding environment.

About You: 

• 2+ Years experience within a luxury sales environment 
• Passionate about luxury retail with a strong appreciation for high jewelry, watches and accessories
• Skilled in delivering exceptional client experiences through storytelling and personalised service
• Sales-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage an international and local clientele
• Professional, well-presented and eager to represent a prestigious heritage brand
