Your New Role: This is a highly hands-on Area Manager role, ideal for a retail leader who thrives on being present on the shop floor, leading by example, and actively supporting their teams. You’ll be passionate about developing your people, driving results, and ensuring seamless operations across your portfolio.

This role can be based in Coffs Harbour, Lismore, Ballina, or other nearby locations in the region.What You'll Be Doing: - Inspiring and leading store teams to smash sales, service, and KPIs.
- Fostering a high-performance, high-energy culture across your region that encourages engagement, teamwork and a collaborative mentality.
- Building strong relationships with store managers, offering them the coaching and support they need to achieve their best.
- Managing key operational aspects including P&L, sales analysis, recruitment and hiring as well as supporting visual merchandising direction
- Implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, increase profitability, and improve overall store performance across your region.
The Experience Checklist: - Proven leadership experience managing a retail network of 5+ stores or with large employee headcounts of 40+ensuring operational excellence and team success.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for people development, with expertise in coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams to perform at their best.
- Strong operational capabilities, including stock management and visual merchandising, with a focus on maintaining high standards across all locations.
- Background in apparel, furniture, homewares or similar customer service focused sectors.
- Skilled in motivating diverse teams by understanding individual drivers, fostering engagement, and building a high-performing, goal-oriented culture.
- Valid driver’s license (work car provided) with the flexibility to travel across the North Coast of NSW to visit stores throughout the week.
