About The Job:

We’re looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead a high performing retail store. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for both customers and volunteers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing strategic plans while managing the store’s budget to meet financial goals.
• Ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and according to policies.
• Leading and training a committed team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintaining quality stock and creating appealing visual displays.
• Addressing customer feedback promptly and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
• Promoting a safe workspace by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
