The role: 
Will see you motivate and lead a team of 8 including an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced yet highly consultative retail environment! Despite the high-volume Manawa Bay setting, this company take huge pride in their customer experience, so you will lead the way in nurturing and developing long-standing customer relationships and loyalty while also covering the following: 

• Daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards
• Driving sales performance through effective team management, sales strategies, and in-depth product knowledge
• Conducting regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Managing store budgets, analysing sales reports, and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying their values and representing their heritage in every interaction

To be considered, you will have:

• Senior Store Manager experience ideally within an apparel/fashion setting
• A perfect blend of consultative customer service skills while also being able to work at pace
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
• Proven background in retail operations including inventory mangement, performance management and sales analysis 
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail & styling
