The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic retail leader to lead their high performing DFO outlet store. The ideal candidate will be committed to their teams development, have the ability to build customer loyalty and be a brand ambassador.. ultimately creating an exceptional customer experience.

What you can bring:  

• Driving the team to meet & exceed sales targets & KPIs
• Experience managing a team of 10 with an ASM support
• A willingness to gain expertise in product knowledge
• Passionate about training and development
• Leading by example with consultative customer service
