Your New Role: 

As the Cluster Manager, you will oversee multiple retail sites, leading and inspiring your teams to achieve outstanding results. You'll be right in the thick of it—coaching, developing and fostering an environment where both your team and the business can thrive. While there are essential operational responsibilities to manage, this is far from a ‘back of house’ role. You’ll play a key part in shaping the day-to-day retail experience by overseeing rosters, driving sales targets, managing P&L and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.

• Lead, mentor and empower your teams across multiple locations, creating a positive and high energy culture.
• Take ownership of sales performance and operational excellence while delivering an engaging and seamless customer experience.
• Oversee stock management and visual merchandising, ensuring each store is commercially effective and customer focused.

The Experience Checklist: 

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role for 3+ years in high-volume stock environments or flagship store management.
• A passion for leading teams, coaching, and bringing out the best in people.
• A commercially driven mindset with the ability to set and exceed sales targets while improving store performance.
• A strong focus on customer experience and creating an engaging in-store environment.
