The role:
As Assistant Manager in Hamilton reporting into a multi-site Store Manager who is based in Tauranga, you will be repsonsible for running the show day to day - building customer relationships, reaching for the stars with personal sales, and supporting a small part-time sales team!
 
You will be rewarded with:

• Solid hourly rate: $28ph-$32ph depending on experience 
• Uncapped commission: The harder you work, the more you earn! $100k OTE, with top performers earning $150k +

• Physical strength: This is a physically demanding role, lifting and assembling heavy fitness equipment
• Quick thinker: Someone who can adapt, follow instructions, and stay focused. No time for sitting on your phone here!
• Customer-centric: Ability to consult with people from all walks of life and understand the needs of their unique customer base
