Your New Role:

As Area Manager for a vibrant store portfolio with stores in Sydney's South ; you'll lead, support and empower teams to excel in sales, career growth and customer satisfaction. Ideal for a hands-on retail leader passionate about driving results and fostering a dynamic store environment.

What You'll Be Looking After:

• Collaborate with Store Managers to develop effective strategies for achieving budgets, KPIs and enhancing the customer experience.
• Oversee visual merchandising directives across locations, ensuring alignment with customer preferences.
• Review internal processes of your stores to identify and implement improvements in retail operations and develop focus areas of training.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of new and existing employees to foster an engaging and motivating work environment.
• Drive business strategies and operations at a senior level to achieve long-term brand goals

The Experience Checklist:

• Proactive & collaborative by nature, you connect and support your teams by getting involved on the shopfloor and leading by example.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in multi-site (5+ locations) /area manager role within a high-volume fashion environment
• Experience managing and creating rosters, allocation of wages budgets and ability to dissect important information from sales performance & KPI reports to identify opportunities for more development and growth and report back to your national manager.
• A current valid driver's license and vehicle to fulfill travel requirements to stores across Sydney.
