Our client is an international fashion giant, leading the way in the fast fashion space providing 'ahead of the trend' men's, women's and childrenswear!

The role: 
Is integral to the store's success! You will oversee a large operations/stock team & manage all back of house operations, keeping your team motivated and on task at all times! You will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and supporting the organisation of the stores stockroom & shop floor replenishment process
  • Managing and improving delivery procedures to enhance optimisation 
  • Supporting the analysis of data to improve KPIs and minimise stock loss
  • Driving your team to success, motivating them at all times
  • Supporting the wider leadership team on the sales floor
Skills & attributes required:
  • Strong background in high-volume stock management within the retail industry - ideally fashion/footwear/accessories
  • Experience managing large teams of 10+ within retail 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Passion for all things stock!
