Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy across TVC, digital, social, email, and in-store promotions
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Drive digital and social media growth while maintaining strong traditional marketing
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring data-driven, results-focused campaigns
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, buying, retail, and eCommerce teams to align marketing efforts

About You:
  • Proven experience in brand or marketing management within retail, FMCG, or a related industry
  • Leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making
  • Multi-channel marketing experience across TVC, digital, social, print, and in-store
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership while navigating feedback and collaborating within set brand guidelines
  • Passion for retail and brand storytelling, with a keen eye for consumer trends and engagement strategies
