About the Role: As the
Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence. With your deep understanding of retail operations, tools, and hardware, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue while maintaining an exceptional in-store and customer-facing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide expert product advice and tailor solutions to customer needs.
✔ Drive sales by actively seeking new business opportunities.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients and retail customers.
✔ Cold-call and network within the industry to grow your customer base.
✔ Manage sales pipelines and use CRM tools effectively to track performance.
✔ Ensure seamless coordination of customer orders and deliveries.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: ✅ Proven experience in
Retail Sales Management, Business Development, or Large-Format Retail Leadership. ✅ A passion for selling and
driving both personal and team sales. ✅ Knowledge of
tools, hardware, or trade-related products. ✅ A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to grow sales and improve service.
