You’ll be joining a team with a range of experienced team members and are looking for a like-minded person to join their established and high-performing Riccarton branch!

The Job:
You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of your branch, including but not limited to:
  • Driving and achieving sales results
  • Overseeing all team training and skill development
  • Ensuring a high level of customer excellence
  • Managing full store operations, including P&L reporting, cost management, rostering to wage budget 
  • Overseeing Stocktakes & Inventory Control 
  • Merchandising and ensuring a high level of store presentation and promotional activity
What you’ll need to be successful: 
You’ll have proven expereince managing store operations,  as well as but not limited to: 
  • Genuine interest and passion for the marine, camping, hiking, fishing & boating industry (doesn’t have to be all of them)
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams for 5+ years 
  • Physically strong and able to handle large and heavy stock loads of upto 20kgs 
  • Proven experience in a customer service-focused role
  • Outgoing personality with a “Can Do” positive attitude and a team player
