About the Job:

As a Multi-Site Store Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations in the Macquarie and Chatswood locations, ensuring the operational efficiency & ongoing profitability of the store. You will be responsible for hiring, managing, developing and motivating your team to establish exceptional customer connections & achieve sales targets. The Store Leader will be an experienced manager who is independent and confident, with the ability to work autonomously. 

About You 

• 2+ Years experience working as a Senior Store Manager in retail
• Experience in multi-site management 
• Put the customer and people at the centre of everything you do & come from a customer centric environment 
• Goal oriented and entrepreneurial in the way you think 
• Fast-paced, innovative and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Bring a positive energy to everything you do
