About the Role:
Step into the spotlight at our flagship store in Chadstone, and lead the charge at one of the busiest and most dynamic locations! This isn’t your typical retail gig—think fast-paced, energetic, and all about connection. As Store Manager, you'll be guiding a passionate team, delivering consultative, high-touch service that turns every shopping trip into a personal style journey. From coaching your team to creating unforgettable experiences for every customer, you’ll be the face of the brand’s retail magic!

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in managing retail teams in fashion brands (ideally female)
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires others to deliver their best
• A passion for building lasting customer relationships through consultative selling
• A knack for creating a visually stunning store environment
• Strong organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
