About the Role
  
You will join a dynamic team in a vibrant Fortitude Valley location. As Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive sales and service through providing personalised customer service. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the store team to achieve performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This is an exciting role that offers the chance to make a real impact on the business while developing your own skillset.
  
Responsibilities
  
• Monitor and manage staff performance, ensuring all team members are meeting the required standards
• Ensure the store meets its financial targets and maintain cost control
• Ensure a safe working environment for both customers and employees
• Monitor stock levels, ordering new stock as necessary to meet customer demand
• Provide leadership to staff by setting an example in terms of customer service, sales techniques and product knowledge
  
Desired Skills & Experience
  
• Previous experience leading a team in a retail environment.
• Experience in managing stock levels and stock control
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
