Katy is a well-seasoned retailer with over 20 years of experience spanning across both the New Zealand and Australian retail sectors. Her vast experience covers; large format as well as premium boutique businesses in fashion, footwear, furniture, homewares, cosmetics and jewellery.

Katy has a proven track record in ensuring consistent high performance in the success of her management teams, staff, stores and customer experience. 

Growing from a Retail Assistant to Flagship Store Manager and commercial roles that included HR, recruitment, training, operations, warehouse and merchandising. Katy has met and delivered outstanding results in achieving both the financial targets and customer-service-driven goals of retail, setting records in NZ and Internationally. This has given her key skills and a strong desire to support candidates into successful roles, confidence in growth and upskilling as well as realising the expectations of the retail business and employer.

With a natural ability to relate to people, Katy has genuine compassion for her staff’s wellbeing. This translates across to her desire to see her candidates not only successful gain employment but the ongoing support to further their careers in the Retail World.

When Katy is at play, you will likely find her tucked away at a local eatery with her partner trying the new menu with a wine, watching a nature doco whilst rearranging her living room or hanging out with her four-legged niece and nephew.
