With over 8 years in talent acquisition, HR, and consulting, Lily Rees brings a well-rounded skill set that meets the diverse needs of modern recruitment and people management.

Based in Melbourne, Lily has a knack for aligning recruitment strategies with company goals, making her a valuable partner for organisations focused on attracting and keeping top talent. In her most recent role as an Account Lead at Randstad, she led client engagement, streamlined processes, and supported team growth. 

Before that, as a Talent Acquisition Lead at ADP Consulting, Lily managed graduate programs, handled immigration processes, and implemented ATS systems, all of which were aimed at building scalable recruitment solutions.

Lily’s experience spans a range of industries, including civil infrastructure, engineering, hospitality, and finance. 

Her proactive approach has led to the successful implementation of national recruitment strategies and cost-saving initiatives, underscoring her commitment to effective, results-driven hiring practices. Lily’s strengths in coaching, process improvement, and client relationship management make her a dynamic, dependable partner for organisations looking to elevate their talent acquisition strategies.
