After a fulfilling career in people management within retail, where Nita led high-volume recruitment for retail teams, she discovered her true passion for recruitment. This experience allowed her to build meaningful relationships with candidates, ultimately leading her to agency recruitment. Over the past few years, Nita has specialised in business support roles, honing her skills across the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and supporting clients with tailored talent acquisition strategies.

In her previous recruitment roles, Nita has worked across a variety of industries, helping businesses find the right people while ensuring an excellent cultural fit. She takes pride in truly understanding the needs of both the company and the candidate, believing that recruitment is about more than just filling a role—it’s about creating lasting connections. Her background in retail management, where she oversaw teams of up to 100 people, provided invaluable experience in leadership, communication, and coaching—skills she now brings to every placement she makes.

Outside of work, Nita enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, indulging in retail therapy, or taking a relaxing walk. Recruitment is fast-paced and rewarding, and she loves the opportunity to help people find their next exciting career move.
