As the General Manager of People and Performance at RWR Group, Tara serves as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of people management, training and development, HR functions, and operational performance. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring that RWR Group’s workforce is engaged, productive, and aligned with the company’s core objectives and values, driving sustainable growth and success.

With over 14 + years of global recruitment expertise, Tara has a proven track record. Based in Melbourne, she led a high-performing desk in both contract and permanent recruitment for nine years before transitioning into Learning and Development. Tara’s leadership extended across coaching, mentoring, facilitating workshops, and delivering large-scale development programs, as well as tailored training sessions. Her remit spanned from onboarding new hires to nurturing senior leadership talent.

Tara’s extensive experience includes designing, coordinating, and delivering both operational and technical training across the APAC region, through virtual and in-person formats. She is deeply passionate about fostering growth and development, finding immense satisfaction in helping individuals achieve success through the targeted training and development they need to excel.
