Lea is a recruiter and HR professional with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and operations. She’s helped businesses build strong teams by connecting the right people across industries like tech, marketing, e-commerce, climate innovation, and legal services.

Lea specializes in sourcing top talent, improving hiring processes, and creating smart recruitment strategies. She’s passionate about matching businesses with the right people and always takes a people-first approach to every hire. 

Outside of work, Lea is a proud mom to her daughter and two fur babies, who definitely think they run the house. Weekends are never boring, Lea’s always up for an adventure with her daughter, whether it's swimming at the beach, fishing, or finding the next fun activity. Sundays? Those are reserved for church—her weekly dose of peace before the chaos of the week kicks in.
