The Role:

• Lead and inspire a team of 10+ on a daily basis 
• Daily development and coaching of your direct team
• Collaborate with Department Managers across all categories 
• Achieve daily compliance and sales targets
• Support the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Manage the store 5 nights a week delivering on customer experience and store standards
