The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to lead and support a portfolio of 12-14 retail stores across NZ. This role is instrumental in driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a team to achieve excellence across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Mentor and guide store managers to deliver top-tier performance and achieve sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Implement and oversee strategies to boost sales and drive KPIs across the region.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage store operations, budgets, and staffing to optimise performance.
• Customer Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a premium shopping experience in every store.

About You:

• You are an experienced Regional Manager with a background in fashion retail
• A dynamic people-first leader with a passion for driving sales, fostering team growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in the fast-paced world of fashion retail.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
