About the Job: 

A rare opportunity for an experienced and passionate Showroom Manager for the Rundle Mall Boutique. We are looking for a passionate Manager to lead a dynamic team of 6. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for brides and their families. This role requires a blend of sales, effective communication skills, strong people leadership experience, and customer service skills.

About You: 

• 2+ years experience in retail management, preferably within a consultative sales environment
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for the bridal industry and a keen eye for fashion trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
