About the Job:

As a Luxury Fragrance Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and maintaining store standards. Your role involves leading and motivating a team, managing inventory, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence. You'll also provide expert fragrance consultations, build client relationships, and uphold the store's luxury image through impeccable service and presentation.

About You: 

• Previous experience as a premium or luxury retail Manager within a consultative sales environment
• You are an enthusiastic and experienced leader with a passion for luxury retail and deliver exceptional customer service
• Your background includes proven success in managing high-end stores, with a deep understanding of the luxury market and its clientele.
• You excel in motivating and developing teams, driving sales, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to build lasting client relationships make you an ideal candidate to represent and elevate to our client.
