About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to lead and motivate a passionate retail team at their Flagship, Sydney CBD Store. 
As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a luxurious, high-end environment.
Your role will involve managing and motivating a team of sales associates, ensuring the highest standards of service, and maintaining an impeccable store presentation. You will also be tasked with developing strong relationships with both clients and suppliers, while upholding the brand’s values of elegance, sophistication, and quality.

About You:  

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager 3+ year tenure within a premium fashion or luxury retail environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for luxury fashion and an in-depth understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to develop client relationships and enhance the overall customer experience
• Proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
