Your New Role: 
Take on a key role in driving the performance of a fast-growing fashion retailer. As a Merchandise Planner, you’ll balance creativity and data to keep the business ahead of customer demand. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating detailed sales forecasts to inform buying and production decisions.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels to maximise sell-through rates and reduce markdowns.
• Analysing trends and providing actionable insights to influence business strategies.
• Collaborating with the buying team to align planning with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Identifying growth opportunities within categories and making recommendations to leadership.
• Preparing reports and dashboards for trade meetings to guide decision-making.

What We Need To See On Your Resume: 

• Merchandise planning experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, with exposure to multiple product categories.
• Proficiency in forecasting, data analysis, and stock management.
• A deep understanding of consumer behavior and trends, and how to translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience working with inventory management systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present insights clearly.
• A proactive problem-solver with a passion for managing processes and outcomes.
