• Providing an outstanding customer experience
• Leading and inspiring the team to do the same
• Develop, mentor and succession planning a team
• Administration duties
• An eye for detail, a passion for interiors and a love of visual merchandising

About you:

• Previous management experience in a retail or sales setting
• Enjoy developing existing relationships & building new clientele
• Proven sales results, consistently achieving targets and KPI’s
• Organised and solid administration skill set
• Exceptional customer focus
• Ability to build an instore culture that is team based and positive
