About the role:

In this Hybrid role you will support this flagship location with their daily stock deliveries in the morning and then support the store team/customers in the afternoon. You will have strong initiative and the ability to work unsupervised and be self motivated to complete large stock deliveries of 100+ cartons daily. You will also be customer obsessed and passionate about delivering premium in store experiences to your customers. This is a Mon-Fri / 7am-3pm roster!

What you will need: 

• Demonstrated proficiency in Retail leadership and stock control.
• A fervent dedication to cultivating a winning team culture
• Track record of effective performance management
• Focus on fostering a sales environment centered around customer needs
• Physical fitness to handle tasks such as navigating ladders for stocking larger items.
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty in a high volume offsite stockroom.
