What We’re Looking For 

• Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality industries
• Expertise in managing high-volume stock turnover and large-scale transactions
• A passion for building and fostering positive, high-performing teams
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more in a busy environment
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work a set fortnightly roster of early mornings or nights. 

The Role

• Supporting the Store Manager to drive store performance 
• Leading and motivating your team to achieve excellence in customer service
• Managing stock levels and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Meeting and exceeding performance and sales targets
• Championing the brand’s values and delivering on its promise of quality
