About the Job: 

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will play an integral part in the day to day operations of the high performing Sydney Concession, based at David Jones, Elizabeth Street. Boutique team size of under 6. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ongoing training, coaching & mentoring with your team
• Achieving sales & KPI targets 
• Going above & beyond to create & maintain long lasting customer relationships
• Living & breathing the company culture and fostering a positive & vibrant workplace
• Inventory management, completing stock takes and visual merchandising throughout 

About You:

• Someone who's key passion as a leader is developing and mentoring your team!
• Experienced in managing a team of up to 6 in a commercial and consultative sales environment  
• A go-getter! You will be extremely positive, energised & hands on 
• Extremely knowledgeable of inventory management & store operations
