About the Job:
Responsible for delivering a personalised tailoring service to clients, ensuring each garment is crafted to the individual preferences and provides a perfect fit.
This role involves guiding clients through the made-to-measure process, from selecting fabrics and styles to taking precise measurements and overseeing fittings.
The specialist offers expert advice on design and tailoring options, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the final product meets the client’s expectations. Building strong relationships with clients is key, as the specialist manages repeat business and ensures exceptional service throughout the entire process.
In addition to tailoring expertise, the MTM Specialist is expected to have a strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends. You will work closely with the tailoring team and production staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, customised garments.
Sales and client service are critical aspects of the role, as the specialist promotes MTM offerings and fosters client loyalty.
What you need: - Expertise in tailoring, garment construction, and an understanding of fabric qualities is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Attention to detail and precision in taking measurements and overseeing fittings.
- Sales experience in a premium or luxury retail environment
- A deep knowledge of current fashion trends and made-to-measure offerings.
